James Gray Habitable range of two aesthetically stunning insulated design solutions incorporating both a contemporary studio design - The Blakeley, measuring 8.6m X 4.9m (external footprint) and our 1 / 2 bedroom design - The Moreton, measuring 12.0m X 4.9m.

All units include power and data connections, plumbing, drainage, base system and are fully decorated to a high standard. Our units are also designed in conjunction with DMW Architects to meet building regulations.
